Ever since I updated the app firmware a few days ago, my sleep data no longer shows on the watch. It shows in the app just not on the watch. The watch says no data. How do I fix this?

Hi, @Cath1366 Welcome back to the community.
Thanks for explaining your situation in regards to the sleep data on your Charge 5.
There are some tips for you to get a good night's sleep tracked, you can check them out here and let me know how it goes once you've followed them.

Hello @Cath1366
I've seen at least one other user who recently reported the same issue.
Have you had a chance to restart your Charge 5 from either the Settings menu on the device or by using the charging cable that came with your device? That's usually the first troubleshooting step to try.
Do you have any other data from your Charge 5 that isn't syncing properly?
For what it's worth, it's good news that you see your sleep data in the app. That means your data has uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers.

Of course, I've tried everything including calling Fitbit customer service. And you know what they told me to change the clock face to one that shows the sleep information. So at least I'd have sleep data on my watch in the clock face! (Insert rolling eyes here)

Hi @Cath1366
I'll do some checking around to see if I can find any other information about this issue and will post back if there's a workable solution other than waiting for an update.
