I am having the same experience. Until recently, my Charge 5 would last 5-7 days on a single charge.
Then something changed.
The fixes listed below were already done. The only change I made recently was to log in to the Fitbit community. I started getting emails about badges and achievements that I had never received.
I charged my Fitbit fully and wore it yesterday and last night. It’s now at 38% and won’t last the day. You can also see the issue with the sleep goals.

May 9 is when my battery problems began. That is the day I logged in to try to figure out why my sleep goals weren’t loading.

Battery’s going fast, kids! (This is after I reset the Fitbit, per feedback on another post.)

Hello @PossumPers
When my Charge 5 started having rapid battery loss, I restarted and recharged my device multiple times over several days. As soon as I saw a rapid drop in battery, I restarted my Charge 5 and put it on the charger until it was back to 100%, often doing this multiple times in a day. Eventually, this process got my device "unstuck" and the battery went back to lasting 6-7 days. Although there's no guarantee that this will work for you, it might be worth a try.
I know there was an issue with setting Goals in the Fitbit app. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing it. I think that hasn't been resolved yet. There isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side. I expect that the fix will be in a Fitbit app update, so keep checking your app store and install the update when it's available to you.
