Very inconsistent results. Have been synching right before bed, adjusting band tightness and position, and even tried tapping the app to "begin sleep now" -- no consistency in results. Had a Charge 3 for over two years and never had this problem. What gives?

I am having the same problem. No heart rate or sleep score. One day it works the next day it doesn’t. I also had a Fitbit 3 and did not have this issue. So frustrating. Hope they figure it out soon!!!!
