No sleep score on app after July 8 update!

I've seen this query Multiple times but none of answers to date have resolved the problem. The Fitbit app on my android phone only shows bare details of sleeping but no score.  I've tried everything...reinstalled app, restarted device (Charge 5), rebooted phone, assured device was worn correctly, everything mentioned in past community posts.  Curiously, until recently and for several past months, app showed sleep score perfectly fine.  It's only recently stopped.  Last app upgrade was July 8.  Is this the problem?  But wife's Fitbit/android/Charge 5, also updated July 8, shows sleep score so I don't understand. Very frustrating!!!

Update…problem solved!  I found the answer buried in a reply to a similar complaint filed some time ago.  Turns out that carefully cleaning the contacts on my Charge 5 with a toothbrush restored the daily sleep score record.  Simple!

Have the same problem with my Charge 5. Since begin july there is no daily sleep analyse and score available.

Which is not solved by cleaning the contacts, like Stevesugg3sted.
