Hello @leanne275

As you noted, there are multiple reports about this issue. Several of us have submitted the issue for escalation so the team is aware of the problem.

We are advising users to report the issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap on your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Select Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts & submit

Although it's likely that you won't receive a response, the team receives & reviews the feedback reports.

The Moderators usually pick a thread to acknowledge the issue and will use that thread to post updates. When I find which thread they're using, I'll report back with a link so you can follow the thread.

Hello @leanne275

Thank you for confirming you're still not seeing your stress management score in the app.

If you're an Android user, please post to this thread (<-- click link) saying that you still don't have a score. Also provide which Fitbit you use - Charge 5 in your case, the version of your Fitbit app, & what phone you use for the app. The Moderator on that thread will be able to send your information to the team so they can continue to work on fixing the problem.

I have the iPhone and my Stress Managment Score also stopped working the same day as yours. My app is updated, I have turned on/off phone, I have deleted the app/redownloaded it, I have restarted my tracker (I have the Luxe). All requirements are also met - I wear it 24 hours a day, walk well over the necessary steps the score requires, and sleep with my tracker as well. I have never had an issue with Stress Managment before - and all of a sudden it just doesn’t generate a score anymore.

Hello @Activelyalexand

Please submit the issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app using the steps I provided in an earlier post.

I checked the iOS app forum and don't see a similar thread there about the missing stress management score. You can post to the thread in the Android forum as the Moderator said that she would provide updates there.

---

Update: According to the Moderator posts in the above linked thread and this one (<-- click link), the issue has been fixed. If you still don't see your stress management score tomorrow, please post in one of the 2 threads, tag the Moderator, and let them know that you still have the issue.

I did submit the feedback earlier today, after I read your post. Coincidentally, my stress management score appeared moments later!

Hi Everybody.

Thank you for being aware of the situation.

If some of you have not yet received the Stress Management score please make sure of the following:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day and night. In the morning, sync your device and check your score.
  • Take at least 500 steps during the day.
  • Make sure your device can track your heart rate. For more information, see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
  • Confirm that you are getting sleep stages
