No wallet icon on app for Malaysia

I am from Malaysia, I have been searched the website it’s acceptable wallet in Malaysia , but I Can’t see the icon on my app and can’t add card, I already reinstall and restore few times still can’t find the wallet icon

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Conniesw. I'll be happy to assist with your Wallet availability in Malaysia.

 To use Google Wallet on Fitbit, you must have a Fitbit device and be in a country where it's supported.

To find out which banks and cards work with Google Wallet on your Fitbit device, select your country or region below. To quickly search for your bank or card, use Ctrl + f.

If you do not have a Fitbit device, you can also use your phone or smartwatch to pay wherever Google Pay is accepted. You must be in a country where that feature is supported and have a supported card.

For Malaysia:

  • Ambank (M) Berhad (Mastercard)
  • Cimb Bank Berhad (Mastercard)
  • Public Bank Berhad (Mastercard)
  • Rhb Bank Berhad (Mastercard)
  • Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad (Mastercard)

Tip: Your bank may not be available immediately. It may take a few days to activate your card.

Hello @Conniesw 

This help page gives the steps to set up Wallet (<-- click link). Is this where you've looked in the app for the Wallet tile?

The other thing to check is to make sure that your location is correct in the app. If it's not showing Malaysia, that could be the reason why you don't see the Wallet tile in the app.

To check your location setting:

  • Tap on your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap on Fitbit settings in the menu that opens
  • Tap on Date, time & units under App settings
  • Confirm that your location shows as Malaysia. If not, tap on Location to open the page
  • Set location automatically should be on by default and Location should be greyed out but should show your country
  • If it doesn't show Malaysia, you can turn off Set location automatically and manually select Malaysia in the drop down box

hi,thanks for the reply, I changed my location on Malaysia but still can’t get the icon on app,

Thanks for the reply , I have the Fitbit device and the support card I had it,I tried to set up Fitbit pay but I couldn’t find the wallet

Please set up your Charge 5 as a replacement device:

  • From the Today tab  in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the devices icon .
  • Tap Add more devices.
  • Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
