During my workout today my Charge 5 vibrated and told me I hit the Cardio Zone. At the end of my workout my peak heart rate was 134 (my cardio zone starts at 125), but I didn’t get any cardio minutes.
When I go to today’s exercise and tap my workout, it shows an orange flag with my peak heart rate at 134, but again no cardio minutes. I got cardio minutes 2 days ago during aerobics, with a peak heart rate of 133. It seems weird that I’m not getting any today.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? Was there a fix?

Hi, thank you for your inquiry regarding the Active Zone Minutes, @Sprockey.
As you mentioned earlier you earn 2 Active Zone Minutes for each minute you’re in the cardio or peak zones. Heart-rate zones are personalized based on your fitness level and age:
| Heart-Rate Zone | Active Zone Minutes
|
|---|---|
| 1 minute in the fat burn zone | 1 Active Zone Minute |
| 1 minute in the cardio or peak zone | 2 Active Zone Minutes* |
If you haven't done so already, please complete a three pulse restart procedure following the steps here below and check if you continue to have the same problem:
