Not able to read or reply to notifications on Charge 5

Just got my Charge 5 and have notifications enabled on the app. Even customized quick replies but when I do get a notification for text or messenger, there is no information other than the actual notification body... can't read any of it and no option to reply. Only the open or clear option.

Have sleep and DND modes off, and my Bluetooth is working as far as I know. I have a Galaxy Note10+, so updated Android is not a problem.

I am having the same problem.  The quick responses were working fine, both text and emoji, but suddenly the button to either text a response or an emoji were just gone!  I went through and made sure all the settings were set up fine, and they are.  I have contacted customer support, but all I get from them is that they are working on it.  Since it worked before, I'm at a loss!!  Help anyone???

I just noticed that my text and emoji quick replies were not sent about 2 weeks ago (I don't use this function very often at all). Today, I also lost the emoji quick reply option after I rebooted my watch.
