Not all health metrics are recorded in Charge 5

I have premium subscription from India. Charge 5 is not showing the data for breathing rate, hrv, skin temperature, blood oxygen from last 24 hours. Resting heart rate is recorded.

Other HR data is coming properly.

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Siddushri

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Health Metrics.

Keep in mind that the Health Metrics tile are not available in all regions. To check if the tile is available in your region, see the health metrics page on the Fitbit website. Although most of the information requires a Premium subscription, you can still find basic information about these metrics without a Premium subscription in the Fitbit app.

If you're still having trouble with the app not showing you the information, please try to:

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache and Cookies for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings
  • Restart your phone.
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see your data.
  • If you're still having the same inconvenience, you can also try to unpair and repair your device with your Fitbit account, as this has been useful for other users as well.

Hope this helps, I'll be around.
