Not counting exercise Charge 5

My Charge 5 not counting exercise, sometimes I exercise for 5 days and only counting 3 days only as exercise

I appreciate the information provided about this issue with your Charge 5. 

Let me know if you are referring to the daily step streak, to a different metric or to a specific type of exercise that is not being tracked by your device. Are you referring to an activity not being tracked automatically or to the exercise shortcuts on the device? 

In the meantime, I recommend that you try restarting the device again using the three pulse restart method mentioned here below, instead of the restart option found on the Charge 5 itself: 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
