Not happy with the new Fitbit app

I’ve had a Fitbit for years, and the new app is horrible. Hard to look at your results at a glance. Please change it back! Otherwise, it’s time for me to move onto an Apple Watch.

Hi @SandyRup - have a look at the "The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out!" topic in the appropriate iOS or Android app forums along with the other unhappy users where you will see more fully the issues.

Unfortunately it would seem likely you are stuck with this version officially. Though there may be some tweaks over time already mentioned there.

Please note at the moment there's no way to revert the Fitbit app to the old design. I'd like to invite you to take a look at this post to get the most out of the new Fitbit app.

The new app is so poorly designed that I have to believe that it is an attempt by Google to sabotage the fitbit brand. The previous app was colorful and easy to read. The new app is monochromatic green and difficult to understand. I do not believe that any surveys were done involving users of fitbit products. I cannot believe that a tech company like Google could produce something this inferior by accident.

I had a cheap $35 Huawei Honor Band 5 since 2019 and their app was so much better and it was all free. My company offered us a new Fitbit and I was initially overjoyed that I was getting an upgrade but I am sadly disappointed at the whole package. I don't believe Google or Fitbit cares what we think.
