Not holding its charge ……only had it since feb

I bought my Fitbit charge 5 in February AND ITS WORKED FINE  until the last few days when it’s just not kept it’s charge. 

it charges fine and real fast and then just drains dead within a day 

 

I got no answer out of live chat …… surely they should give me a new one when it’s not even a year old

Same thing happened to me today. Left it charging yesterday. Said 100% last night by morning, 6:00 AM said 23% by 9:00 AM dead.
