Not receiving Readiness Score Charge 5

I have not received a Readiness Score in months. I wear my Charge 5 - 24 hours per day, 7 days a week except when charging it. Everything else seems to be working fine.

Hi Davide, I also suffer from the problem that the readiness score is not showing since some weeks. I weer my Fitbit charge 5 continuously and my sleep and activity are tracked perfectly. Any tips? Marieke

I appreciate all the information provided about this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and the Readiness score. 

Your daily readiness score is based on data collected by your Fitbit device, could you please confirm if you've been getting, heart rate data, sleep data and Heart-rate variability (HRV)? In the meantime, please make sure of the following: 

  • You must be a Fitbit Premium member using a compatible device. For a list of compatible devices, see Who can see a daily readiness score in the Fitbit app?
  • To receive your first daily readiness score, you must wear your Fitbit device 14 hours per day for at least 4 days and nights. To continue receiving a score, wear your device 4+ nights per week.
  • If you already received your first score, make sure you wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night), then check your score after you wake up in the morning. To see a daily readiness score, you must wear your Fitbit device for at least 14 hours.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.

If you're still not receiving readiness score and you meet all the requirements mentioned earlier, please restart your device following these steps: 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end of the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

I receive a Sleep Score consistently on a daily basis.

Under Health Metrics, I have not received a score for Breathing Rate or for
Heart Rate Variability in probably six (6) months or more. However, I do
receive Oxygen Saturation and Resting Heart Rate scores on a consistent
daily basis.

As previously stated, I have not received a Readiness Score in months.

Everything else including Stress Management, Days of Exercise this week,
BPM Resting Heart Rate, Steps per Hour, etc. seems to be working fine.

Because I have not received scores on Breathing Rate, Heart Rate
Variability and Readiness Score in months, I am questioning whether or not
it makes sense for me to continue with my Premium subscription.

Any help you could give me regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

This is the same generic answer I'm seeing frequently. Are there any other suggestions that you can think of? I have worn my fitbit charge for at least 4 days and 4 nights, gotten more than 3 hrs of sleep and now my app is says that it's fine tuning my score and that I have 9 days left to receive one. This has never been mentioned so I'm curious, why is it intentionally delaying giving me a score it's supposed to give me? Thanks.
