Everything looks good but the watch won’t synch with the phone app. Is there something going on?

Hook up your Fitbit to the charger cable your phone needs to charged at least 50%. . There is a button on the flat part of cable charger. Press 3 times I had the same problem  your Fitbit should reset again. Check that your phone is updated also. Hope it helps out

@Kalani53 There's currently a banner on the forums stating that there's an issue on Fitbit's side, see picture below. I suggest waiting until Fitbit resolves the issue and the banner is removed before spending more time on troubleshooting.
