Not updating readiness score and sleep score

Steps are still being counted, but for two days (nights) now, my fitbit charge 5 has not been giving me a readiness score and a sleep score. Even though I’ve been wearing the device just as I always have. Sensors seem fine. Tried turning it off and on again. No change. Any tips?
