I’ll be working out when the watch buzzes and it’s screen shows a number such as 250 or 720.  

can someone please tell me what the notifications mean?  Thanks

@David-sande It's difficult to tell what the notification is without seeing a picture of the screen. It could be your weekly zone minutes or steps or ??? 
If you have the chance to take a picture of the screen & upload it, we should be able to help you identify the notification.
