Notification on Charge 5 exercise mode "car die"?

While in workout mode, I was receiving notifications like in calorie burn, at peak etc. I looked at one of the notifications and I think it said "car died" not sure it's hard to read while I am exercising. Have no idea what this means.

Perhaps "cardio" for zone.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I did get a notification "cardio" zone. This was different. I'll have to
look more closely next time I exercise to see what it says. Thanks
