Notifications and vibration not working on Charge 5 & 6

After we migrated to Gmail/Google. We have iPhones 13 & 14 respectively. Can't find the Settings on either the Fitbits or iPhones. All are patch current.

Hello @ftyminski 

When you mention messaging & vibrations, I take it you are referring to not getting notifications on your Charge devices from your iPhones. Have you had a chance to check out this help page about notifications (<-- click link)? It has troubleshooting steps to try for iPhone users. Hopefully, the troubleshooting will fix the problem.

Thank you. I worked thru step by step, sync'd, restart phone, sync. Nope.
