I recently upgraded my phone and since then, I longer receive text messages on my charge 5. I tried everything…… help

Nevertheless, something I'd like to suggest in case you've missed these steps, is the following:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Charge 5 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
