Hi @findmydream what phone are you asking for help with? Have you read the setup instructions?
However I would first swipe down and make sure DND is off and if there isn't a sleep schedule set, disable sleep mode.

As indicated it's for my Samsung S9. I have confirmed that sleep mode is off and so is DND. I read the setup instructions and all permissions are accepted. The phone has also been restarted as has the fitbit. Still doesn't work.

I have followed all the instructions but my iPhone still won’t communicate. What about if I try clearing my iPhone as if I were selling it an then re installing it? I’m sure that it’s my phone as my Versa stopped communicating and I thought it was busted, that’s why I bought the Charge 5.
