Notifications are not coming through my Charge 5

I have all of the notifications and permissions turned on in the app but they still aren't showing up on my Charge 5. Does anyone know what the issue is or how to fix it?

@Chomped Thanks for getting back and the details provided. 

Have you checked if you have the sleep mode feature enabled? When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.

For a faster way to access certain settings, swipe down from the clock screen. Tap a setting to adjust it. When you turn off a setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @Chomped. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5. 

To better assist you, may I know which notifications are not coming through? Is one specifically or none? 

In the meantime, please confirm that you've tried all the steps provided here Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Hi, I am not getting any notifications; no phone calls, no texts, no calendar items, I am not even getting reminders to move. I haven't even had this device for a year year yet.

I have tried unpairing and repairing,  disabling everything and reconnecting,  I have removed the app and reinstalled, nothing has worked.
