Notifications are not coming through my Charge 5

Since the recent firmware update I am no longer receiving notifications of texts.  Sleep and DND are off, I restarted the device yesterday, notifications are correct on both my Samsung (Android) phone and in the FitBit app.  What else should I be doing?

I don't know, but mine is doing the same thing.  I tried unpairing it and now it won't pair with my phone.

My charge 5 doesn't show messages at all or incoming calls much of the time. Very frustrating! I got a new phone but that shouldn't have excluded my messages as every thing else works.
