Notifications are not coming through my Charge 5

Did anyone lose their ability to see text messages on their Fitbit since the last update? I’ve attempted all the troubleshooting steps without success.

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is still not receiving notifications. I understand where your concern is coming from, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, would you mind confirming whether your Charge 5 was in sleep mode? When sleep mode is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Snap, have tried everything!

Me too.  See my other post about watch face flickering.  Like it has a 2 sec timeout.  Will not respond to touch. Can't get to settings on watch to troubleshoot.
