Notifications are not vibrating to alert me Charge 5

Although notifications are syncing they are not vibrating on the Fitbit so I don’t know when I have received a notification. This is very annoying. Is there a setting that will turn vibrations on for notification.

I have dnd turned of on both my iphone and my Fitbit

and I have sleep mode turned off on both too.

Hi, welcome back to the Fitbit Community forums, @Jack_Barnard. 

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

The settings that should prevent the device from vibrating when receiving notifications are the Do Not Disturb Mode or the Sleep Mode. In this case, if you already turned off these features and you continue to experience the same inconvenience, I recommend that you try to complete a restart procedure following these steps, as this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar. 

In addition, please try to adjust your watch's vibration strength on the settings of your Charge 5 to increase it to a stronger vibration.
