Hey guys, not sure if it will work for you but my fix was as follows:

 

Settings > Notifications > Show previews > when unlocked.


I had it set as “never” and no notifications came through on my Fitbit. I changed it to “when unlocked” and it started working. I hope this helps somone.

 

IPhone 12 mini. iOS 15.4.1
