Notifications with no sound

How can i make sure that my notifications are vibrating or make a sound? Especially when someone calls or sends me a message i have no idea when that happens

Hello @ShinePinas 

 

Your Charge 5 isn’t able to make sounds because it has no microphone so you will have to rely on vibrations.  

 

Make sure all of your notifications in the App are switched to on.

 

Make sure DND and Sleep are switched Off, as you won’t receive notifications if they’re on.

 

Experiment with the level of vibrations on your Charge 5, you can have them on Normal or Strong.  From the Clock Face screen scroll down to Settings, tap, then scroll up to Vibrations.

 

It might be worth trying a couple of test messages or calls if you have the chance to make absolutely sure you’re seeing/feeling them come in.

 

Also, in the App, under Notifications, there’s a Learn More About Notifications link you can follow to get troubleshooting hints etc.
