The number of steps and the miles are not correct  Yesterday I had 5790 steps but the miles showed 4.41

This can't be right, any ideas?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the steps tracked by your Charge 5.

My best recommendation would be to restart your Charge 5 and make sure you're wearing it correctly, since this can impact the tracking of several data.

Let me know how it goes once you've done this, please.
