On afternoon of 9/15/23, my Charge 5 stopped syncing to the app. No bluetooth conflicts (Charge 5 is only bluetooth connection).  Charge 5 seems to have some data on the phone, but sleep doesn't seem to be included. Anyway, need this to work!  Bought 2/9/23 so can probably a new one under warranty, but prefer to fix this one if possible. Thank you!

Rebooted iPhone 11. Rebooted computer. Restarted Charge 5. Did that cycle twice and then everything worked again. Whew!  You can close this conversation.

Same thing happened to me. Still not connecting to Bluetooth. Tried all the usual “fixes” but still nothing. App “looking” for device even though it’s right next to phone.

Ah, I see now that Firmware version: 57.20001.188.58 was applied and then it stopped working.

I've now done 3 resets. Nada.

I'm still trying to get mine working again. I fell asleep and woke up to a black screen about 5 hrs ago
