When I am wearing the watch, on the watch face there will be a vibration and then I will see a red circle with the number 150 or the number 160 in the center. What does it mean?
That should be your "steps per hour" reminder, which usually goes off at ten minutes before the hour if you haven't reached 250 steps yet in that hour. You can adjust the reminders in settings and the "hourly activity" module in the app.
