Overnight many features stopped working and I can't tell what my battery level is

This morning, my charge  5 is displaying lots of odd behaviors:

I have tried to sync it to two different android devices and neither can find it via bluetooth.

The device itself still displays yesterday's step count and is stuck on 75% charged no matter how long I charge it.

It doesn't vibrate when I connect the charger, but the battery indicator displays the little charging lightning bolt.

It will not sync to my fitbit app (latest version)

I cleaned the contacts on my charger and cleaned the back of the watch.

I have the latest firmware.

Here is what I have tried so far:

Restarted the fitbit watch twice.

I have force stopped the fitbit app on my phone or tablet and logged back in.

I restarted my android devices.

 

I am not sure what else to try. It feels like they rolled out a very buggy update sometime last evening.

Mine died completely about 2 weeks ago. They gave me a link to get it replaced. I received a message that they received my request, but nothing after that.

I'm having similar issues.  Mine stopped early this morning. After following all the steps I deleted the device from my app amd now can not get it to reconnect.  I was trying to follow instructions to restart it but I have no buttons on my charger to press.
