What does the small flat lines mean? I sleep in one position and hardly move. Did I stop breathing??

  •  what does this mean? Did I stop breathing? You can't figure out what time or how long these flat lines occured during sleep.  I usually sleep in one position and walk up that way.

@Kwocean51   That's an artifact from poor contact with your skin.  Your Fitbit isn't supposed to be too tight or too loose.  You just slept in a position where there wasn't good contact.  Tightening the band might make it too tight on your wrist.  Try moving the band a little farther up you arm for sleep.  Trust me, you can't stop breathing for a couple hours, then wake up and write about it. 😉
