Pairing my Charge 5 with a new device

I've got a new phone but now I'm not able to pair my fitbit 5 to my phone and tablet.  It's one or the other,  not both even though they're both Samsung.  

I paired it on both when I had the last phone.

Thanks for sharing with me the details regarding your Charge 5.

I'd like to know if you've tried all the steps listed here to resolve problems during the set up process. In addition, please check the compatibility requirements listed here and keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
