Part of back of charge 5 has fallen off. Should I glue on or get repaired?

It’s the inner black piece around the bit that lights up. Can I glue it back on or is it worth getting repaired? It’s 3 months outside of warranty. DO you think Fitbit would replace? If so how do I contact them? Thanks so much.

Unfortunately, Fitbit devices aren't repairable. Using glue isn't recommended.

You could try contacting Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. They will be able to tell you what options are available to you.
