I successfully added my AMEX to my FitBit app but it does not appear on my Charge 5 - which says that I need to add a payment in the app.
I contacted FitBit customer service via chat and they had me connect to the charger and press the button 3x. Card still not connected.
We cleared the user data under settings, still did not work.
They had me delete the Charge 5 and add it back - did not work.
Anyone else have this issue?

Yes, I have the same issue and went through the same steps with tech support and it still does not see my wallet. I am waiting for them to admit the recent firmware update broke it and send out a patch to fix it.
