I can't believe the only thing that displays on the Fitbit Charge 5 swim app is elapsed time, we should definitely have a lap length and heart rate displayed during the workout.

I can't believe it does have this feature. I actually bought the charge 5 so I don't have to count my laps, I jump in the pool and all I see is a timer. No heart rate, lap count, nothing. Might as well return it to the shop as it pretty useless for swimming.

This is the suggestion about swimming laps on C5. It can actually be closed becase, like versa tree, the c 5 don;t have gyscoope and so cant detect laps in real time

Thank you for sharing your feedback about the new Charge 5, @KernowRed.
Unfortunately not other information is displayed during the swimming activity for the moment, but as @Guitarplayer mentioned earlier, I do recommend that you vote for this idea posted in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community; this section regularly monitored by the team of developers to and it's helpful to continue to track popularity and demand over time.
Thanks again for taking the time to share all your feedback.
Have a great day.

I can't believe this but the Versa 3 has the same lap issue as the Charge 5.. How can a $300 fitness tracker not have a lap field. You might as well remove the swim option because i can see the clock at the pool.
This is embarrassing. If the original versa had this and not the newer models, this is a quick return and refund for me.
