I wanted to let you know that this specific problem has been shared with the team so they can look into it. Although they're aware of it, they may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future and they'll continue to monitor the situation. We understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured we're always working to improve our products and any updates about this issue will be shared in the community as soon they're available.
In the meantime, you can try restarting the device using the charging cable, as this has been useful for other users.
