Premium purchased but not working

Hi everyone. I purchased a Charge 5, signed up to the free 6 months of Premium and gave my credit card details for when it expires to renew it. But back in the app, there's no Premium features. I tried following the advice in this forum (Restore Purchases did not work) and when I click any of the options in the app to get Premium, the screen goes grey and a little window pops up that says "There is no product found that can be purchased". Weird, right? So needless to say, after trying for nearly an hour, I'm a little miffed. Please help!

Sad to hear that you're having trouble activating your Fitbit Premium Trial. As this most probably is related to your account, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to make things clear:
