Quit workiing after taking off arm prior to surgery

Tried to post photo what the screen looks likes look but it keeps saying it's too large. I give up. There's just 4 dots at top 3rd one is red 4th one is empty circle. I can't get it to do anything. Don't know what happened.  Just took it off put it in my purse and kept it in car till I got out of surgery.  Now thus won't work. Frustrating.

I’m sorry to hear of your accident and injury, @Amicyco2 . I have a couple suggestions for your Charge 5:

1. Charge your device fully then try restarting your Charge 5. Instructions on how to restart an unresponsive Charge 5 are here. Restart the device a couple times. 
2. If this does not work, open the Fitbit app on your phone. Tap Account > Charge 5 > then scroll down to Remove this charge 5. 
3. Once you do that, try setting up the Charge 5 again by tapping Account > Set Up a Device. Follow the prompts.

Hopefully this will resolve the issue. Please let us know how it works out.

@Amicyco2 - on a side note, when you try inserting a photo, Select the photo, then tap Actual Size. In the resulting screen, you can select a smaller file size. Hope this helps.
