I've had no battery issues so far. Just no access to the ECG. Not that I need it really. It's just a shame. Ill see if when I get back inside an occidental country it pops back up.
The ECA is okay, but access to the HRV and SPO2 metering capabilities of this unit would be good.
Like the breathing meter for sleep, it makes sense looking at training data. And the skin temp variations. All make sense looking at the HVAC data here. Haven't compared it to other similar instruments.
Can't stress how good HRV is for measuring stress levels along with resting HR though. Loads of lit confirms it. Resting HR really only works if on the bleeding edge of training. I mean seriously frazzling your CNS, SNS kind of thing. ECA pails in comparison and is affected by subcute water, ambient temp, during carb cycling and everything. Certainly less valuable and harder to interp from a software standpoint than HRV.
