Hi
I have my Charge 5 coupled to my phone, but the phone needs to be replaced. At this point I want to couple the Charge 5 to my tablet. I have there the Fitbit app as well, coupled to my account. But the charge 5 doen't want to synchronize anymore, nor can I couple it to the tablet. Bluetooth on the tablet doesn't find the Charge 5. What can I do?
BTW, the old phone has crashed, I cannot in any way unpair the Charge 5 from the old phone.
