Like the subject says, I calibrated my Charge 5's readiness before I started to get back into my workouts so for a month or so since it has been out I have been sedentary. My workouts are usually pretty intense, so I am wondering, do I need to do something to recalibrate it to understand my new life, or will it do it by itself cause right now even with good sleep because of the workouts being intense my readiness is 1 everyday haha.

So with this information... is there a way to reset it? And SHOULD I reset it for next week when I am working out 5 days.

I would expect it would be continually recalibrating, but I have nothing to back that up.
I notice your screen shot of Readiness and the 3 factors below cut off 'Heart rate variability'. I noticed for myself a few times when I did not get a reading for HRV, it gave me a strange readiness score, maybe 0, as if it was taking HRV no reading as 0 HRV.
Also, if this were just one day, you might expect a low readiness for today with 204 Zone Minutes yesterday.

This was everyday this week that I did a workout.
So I am wondering if it will ever be able to figure out the new normal...

Mine was calibrated during a time when I wasn't able to follow my normal exercise routine. After that, I would get very low Readiness Scores or it would tell me to do 6 minutes of cardio or something silly like that. I just ignored that and did what I would normally do. Over the next few weeks, my Readiness Scores started to move closer to real life. If you just keep doing your regular routine, I think the Readiness Scores will catch up with you eventually.
