My fitbit charge 5 was calculating readiness score daily until this Wednesday passed. I have restarted I have uninstalled and reinstall the app I have cleaned the back of the tracker I have checked the Bluetooth to make sure everything is connected I've done everything that I know I contacted fitibit support
they just said if it's still not working to call them back and they will reset it to factory settings I'm trying to avoid this does anyone have any advice
