Readiness score not calculating despite wearing Charge 5

Good morning, my Charge 5 has not calculated a readiness score this morning despite me having worn it continuously for the week. It has worked all the other days this week and my sleep score and health metrics have all calculated which would suggest it is working?

Thanks in advance if anyone can help?

Hello @jen

  • If you already received your first score, make sure you wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night), then check your score after you wake up in the morning. To see a daily readiness score, you must wear your Fitbit device for at least 14 hours.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.

Have you wear the device for more than 14 hours every day ? Could it has become loose for a few hours at some point ?

Doesn't help me at all. Worked fine all week and all my metrics were tracked. Any other ideas would be appreciated.
