I need to know where to return the charge 5 for refund. It doesn’t work. I’ve been through multiple customer service chats. I’m done with it.

If you bought your Charge 5 from Fitbit, then contact Support and ask for a return authorization.  If you bought it from a different store, then follow their return policy.
