Hi,
I have seen a few posts that state that the ECG app for Charge 5 is ‘coming soon’ Can someone from Fitbit or in the know actually provide a timeline that is a bit more specific and not so vague!?
Repeatedly being told ‘coming soon’ is basically stringing someone along and becomes old and tired some very quickly.
I welcome some clarity on this subject!
Thanks,
James

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Jaycee1982.
I understand how you are feeling about this situation and thank you for sharing your concern. The ECG app for Charge 5 should be available sometime in November 2021. For more information about the Fitbit ECG app, see What is the Fitbit ECG app?
Hope this helps.

@LiliyaFitbit Thank you for your response, I was really hoping for some clarity on the dates. I had noticed on another thread the 'sometime in November 2021' response but this is pretty vague. Can Fitibit not be more specific? I am sure I am not the only one who got their Charge 5 hoping that this feature would not be far behind!
Thanks,
James

@Jaycee1982 Thank you for all the feedback provided about the Charge 5.
We know this will be implemented sometime in November 2021, but unfortunately it wouldn't be possible to provide you with a specific date. Keep in mind that features are released progressively through firmware updates, it always starts with a small percentage and then it extends to the whole Community of Fitbit users, so the time would be different for every user.
Fitbit announced this product including the ECG option, so they're excited to implement this soon. I recommend that you keep an eye on the app to look for future firmware updates and make sure to sync regularly as well.
Thank you again for all the feedback provided.
Have a good day.

I have just installed the firmware update and can confirm the ECG app has been installed. Not sure where to find the results on the mobile app though.

@mzda2 Thank you for your reply, it's great to know that you've received the update and that you were able to find the section to look at your data in the Fitbit app. Keep in mind that you may need a few days of data in order to see any results.
@Jaycee1982 That's great news! Thank for for sharing this update.
Have a great day.
