Reminders to move are not working on my Charge 5

When I change the times on reminders to move and hit the set goal button, the times do not change.

Hi there, @Gingersnapper. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot edit the reminders to move. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the order listed:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is updated
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Try updating your reminders to move once again
