Charge 5 Had fitbit on my wrist.Was tight.Moved my wrist clockwise and anti clockwise ,but in doing this the band holder on the fitbit broke in one corner.Not able to use the fitbit.Need repairs in New Zealand.Where can I take it for repairs.This was a 75th birthday present.Fitbit is only a few days old.Please help,Urgent

Hi @LouieRamsamy  there are no repair places anywhere for the Fitbit. If your device is only a few days old, it should be returned to the place it was purchased. Here is the link for customer support. Chat option is said to be faster. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
