Requesting Premium Services subscription extension due to Charge 5 (and Fitbit) failures

Being as the Charge 5 continually has problems regarding the Sleep Score not properly being registered, among other things, I believe it necessary to request an extension to my Premium Service.

I posted in here about the problem with the Charge 5.  Fitbit did respond with the standard reply that leaves one wondering if they actually understand/care about the problem.  Several suggestions were given by wearers of the device (not Fitbit).  Ultimately, one of those suggestions worked to restore full functionality to the device.  Unfortunately, I don’t really know which of the suggestions was the one to work.  I think it was deleting the last sleep log, but I’m not positive.  Regardless, the problem has returned.  At this point, I think it returned when I fully charged the device.  Over the course of the last few weeks while the device was working, I never fully charged it.  Yesterday I did and this morning, no Sleep Score, no Readiness Score, no Stress Management Score… You get the idea.

Functionality may return as I work my way through all the previous suggestions by Fitbit wearers (not actually Fitbit).  But, since this is a recurring problem, I want my subscription extended the days my device was not working in September.  When and if functionality returns, I will put through a request for these additional days the device is not working properly.  So, as of this writing, I am requesting my subscription be extended 10 days, thus extending my subscription through July 19 (renewal, if I so choose to, on July 20).

One final note… While I understand there are other features in the Premium Service, I never used any of them; they are not my reason for subscribing to Premium.

I look forward to hearing from Fitbit that they will extend my subscription.

I suggest anyone else having issues with Premium Services also request an extension (or complete refund).  Only when Google, er, Fitbit is hit in the wallet will they actually do something to fix problems.

@CallMeNoName   This is a user to user help site.  No one here has the authority to extend your subscription.  You need to make this request through Support.
