My mom deleted her Google fitbit account. I'm trying to sign her back in without any luck. Fitbit says sign to on with a different account. I tried a total reset on her charge 5. The watch says to download the Fitbit app... I deleted it and reuploaded it. Still no luck connecting the two. Do I really have to get her a second Google account? That seems crazy.

According to this article (<-- click link), your mom should have had 7 days to un-delete her Fitbit account.
I'm not sure if Support (<-- click link) can help, but it might be worth a try. Complete the prompts until you get to the option to chat or call. It might be best to call.
