Hi,
There must be many long-term C5 users like me that just reset and hope to get some more use from their C5.
This morning my C5 did not activate the alarm and stopping recording sleep data in the middle of the night, it had plenty of battery life so that was not the issue. After lots of resetting it looks to be working okay again until next time.
On checking the forum I found a fairly recent post on the alarm not working, the post was closed down with the advice that all you need to do is reset the C5. I did also find the same for sleep recording data and many more issues (nothing changes).
This is my second C5 as the first failed showing just the start-up screen and that was a money off deal from a C4 that had a failed screen.
I'm probably not going to bother posting any more as problems just get closed with the solution to rest unless it is totally broken and then its a warranty claim to get the same device/money off new device (if you are lucky?). The C5 not working as it should is a fault and the result can be annoying/frustrating and is not helped by saying 'just' reset it.
